      Nobody can really just teach you how to rig, they may be able to give some tips and tricks but that won't help you straight-up learn how, the only way too learn how is to experiement with the program, find out what all you can do. So sorry, posting this status update won't really help you learn.

      Practice. Make objects in minecraft and extract em with MCEdit. You have to practice a lot before you get the hang of it
